everysecondtuesdayHi! I love all of the fandoms and characters I'm requesting, so if something is longer or shorter than its counterparts, it's due to how much I had to say, not how much I love the request.
Also, as ever and always, I would like to emphasize, please don't feel obligated to read this letter in its entirety (or at all!). If you already have an idea of what you want to do from just the AO3 requests, go for it! This is all to (I hope) make it easier on you, and I am a big believer in optional details being optional. There being art/fic for my characters and fandoms will make me happy. Everything else is icing on delicious, delicious cake. Every single optional prompt/additional thought is very, very optional.
If I flub the letter writing and editing process and mention something in my letter that is not on AO3 and in my sign-ups or if I phrase something poorly, I'd also like to emphasize that that's on me and you're free to pretend you didn't see it (or to ask the mods if you're still concerned). My DNWs are all listed under DNWs in my optional details on AO3. If it's something not listed under DNWs, then that's a preference, but I'm still going to read/look at and comment on your art/fic and (if history is anything to judge) be really happy with it.

On past gifts: I've received works in the past for several of my requested fandoms, which I loved! I just want more. If you matched me on it, I am sure I will love whatever you make me, whether it's along the lines of the gifts I've already received or something entirely new.
On other gifts: I am always open to treats and late gifts. If I've requested it on an AO3 exchange, I still want it, even years later. If you want to treat with mediums I haven't requested, I'm open to that. For Trick or Treat, while I've requested all tricks, for extra gifts, I'm happy to receive treats.
Recursive works: For Trick or Treat, while I'm usually open to recursive works, I'd prefer not to get DoS for my Naruto request. If you'd like to write or draw other recursive works, I'm open to it for past gifts where you have permission (blanket or otherwise) and my own works. I'm open to it for other works I know and love, but you may want to check through the mod to be sure I remember it even if it's something I've commented on in the past.
Note regarding tricks: I'm requesting all tricks this Trick or Treat, but I want you to know that I'm interpreting it very broadly. I'd be happy with hurt/comfort that's heavy on the comfort, something that has a supernatural element, something a little bit spooky or spoopy, or anything at that end of the spectrum. I'd also be happy with outright dark fic, horror, or otherwise on the opposite end of the spectrum. So long as you respect my DNWs, I'm good with whatever sort of trick you want, from ding-dong-ditch to setting the (haunted) house on fire.
Format Likes: I like all ratings for works, from General Audiences to Explicit. For fic, I'm open to any length, from drabbles and drabble series to just over the min to sprawling epics. I like both traditional fic and non-traditional and experimental formats, including interactive fiction, CYOA, epistolary, and multimedia. I prefer past or present tense. I generally prefer third person (especially consistent third person limited where POV shift only happens in scene breaks or doesn't happen at all) or a match to canon (which in some cases is going to be first or second). (I'm open to everything! These are just preferences.)
Art Likes: I like rough sketches and clean line art both, bright and dark colors to set mood, comics, scenery, single and group character poses, the cute and the creepy. All stages, all skill levels, all types, I always like seeing what someone else comes up with. Go as E- or G-rated as you'd like. I especially like character expressions and things that set mood (color, body language, composition, etc). I'm including some pose ideas, but please don't feel like you need to include any of them.
For some gen trick poses or compositions I'd enjoy: running from things, hiding, flinching away, having the body language of something to be flinched away from, bleeding or covered in someone else's blood, reaching out (entreating or threatening), oblivious to the thing stalking them, smiling threateningly.
For shipping purposes, some non-explicit poses I especially like for ships are characters kissing (on the mouth, the temple, the top of the head, hands, the cheek, etc), holding hands, hugging, carrying each other (princess carry, fireman, piggyback, shoulder rides), and pressing their foreheads together. For explicit poses, feel free to take anything from my smut likes, but for something visual, I especially like bruises and marks, face touching, and hair-petting or pulling.

- Focus on unrequested real life serious illness. (Weird confined to canon stuff like Without a Cure, qi deviations, or chakra exhaustion are fine. Cancer is not.)
- Graphic eye trauma. (References without detail are fine.)
- Infidelity, characters thinking they're engaged in infidelity, or major focus on/long scenes in which characters think the other character is being unfaithful.
- Focus on unrequested ships. (Presence of background or minor unrequested ships that do not contradict other DNWs is fine.)
- Romantic or sexual relationships between adults and minors. Explicit underage sex. (Aging up so everyone is over 18 is fine; between two people roughly the same age is fine, like a 17 and 19 year old; minors having unrequited crushes on adults is fine. References to teenagers being sexually active in teenager-typical ways is fine.)
- Focus on unrequited love unless requested. (It can be there: I just don't want it to be the story's focus.)
- Unrequested dub- or non-con or rape play (for dubcon likes or prompts, I'd prefer all parties to already be into each other in cases where consent is affected).
- Contract or 24/7 BDSM or use of the word "master" in a sexual context.
- The spelling "cum" (as opposed to "come").
- Bodily elimination or related substances in sex scenes.
- Painplay as a punishment or unintended and/or unwelcome sexual arousal from a punishment or torture. (If someone's getting spanked, I want it to be because they want it. If someone's getting tortured, I don't want it to be sexual.)

- AUs in which canon universes with fantastical elements (magic, chakra, super powers, the Force) have said fantastical elements removed without anything equivalent to replace it and are turned entirely mundane.

Dwarf Fortress (art, fic):

Things I like about this canon and general canon promotion:
Dwarf Fortress is a (free!) simulation game with a steep learning curve, but a huge pay-off in highly entertaining emergent story-telling and weird dwarven decisions. This can include anything from new mothers in the military taking their babies into battle to use as shields to tantrum-throwing dwarves (upset that their babies are now full of arrows) destroying the whole fortress and killing everyone in it by hitting the lever to your "magma solves everything" doomsday device.
It's also coming to Steam!

Losing is fun!
I will never not love this game. When I first started playing it, it was a very different game than it is now, but it has only gotten better. I have embraced the mantra that losing is fun, discovered all the hidden fun stuff, and even managed attempts at mega projects and tried my hand at silly dwarf tricks. (Few survived the first several attempts at a magma-fall through the main dining room, but those few left were delighted at how neat it looked! ... For however long they lived after the ensuing grief stricken tantrum spiral. Apparently a magma fountain can only do so much.)

I didn't have prompts for the other requests, but I just watched this and have ideas, so for this one fandom, have some very, very optional prompts in addition to the Jump Scare tags:
Grace:
- Grace pulls a different card, and she and Alex successfully break from his family, except for Daniel, but she has the sense that there's something wrong.
- Grace pulls a different card, and she tries to keep her promise to Alex's mom, not knowing that when she's trying to bring him back into the fold, that fold they'd be joining is a cult.
- Post-movie, Grace goes to live with her newly inherited pile of cash, but now she's aware of the terrible dangers in the background of her setting.
- Post-movie, Grace is haunted by Le Domas ghosts.
- Post-movie, Grace is haunted by a particular Le Domas (and Daniel is surprised to discover that he does have a soul, and it keeps drifting back to her).

- It really was bullshit, and the Le Domas family doesn't explode.

- Helene-focused (or at least in which she plays a significant role) Le Domas gen of them being terrible disaster people in their everyday lives.

For the purposes of my unrequested non-con/dub-con DNW, in this fandom, I'm opting in to necrophilia (especially Bingmei/Shen Yuan!SQQ), sex pollen, arranged marriage/other social pressures mtdi, mating cycles/in heat (a/b/o, demon biology, whatever), characters offering up sex/a relationship because they think it will increase their odds of survival (or other people's) (and for this one, I don't need there to be feelings, though I'd prefer there at least be attraction) (I'm specifically thinking of bingjiu, but also open to misunderstandings on the part of the transmigrators for moshang and bingqiu), and Stockholm Syndrome leading to bingjiu (though not any other ship, please!).

If you already have an idea of what you want to do from just the AO3 requests, go for it! This is all to (I hope) make it easier on you, and I am a big believer in optional details being optional. There being art/fic for my characters and fandoms will make me happy. Everything else is icing on delicious, delicious cake. Every single optional prompt/additional thought is very, very optional.
If I flub the letter writing and editing process and mention something in my letter that is not on AO3 and in my sign-ups or if I phrase something poorly, I'd also like to emphasize that that's on me and you're free to pretend you didn't see it (or to ask the mods if you're still concerned). If it's something not listed under DNWs, then that's a preference, but I'm still going to read/look at and comment on your art/fic and (if history is anything to judge) be really happy with it.

On past gifts: I've received works in the past for several of my requested fandoms, which I loved! I just want more. If you matched me on it, I am sure I will love whatever you make me, whether it's along the lines of the gifts I've already received or something entirely new.
On other gifts: I am always open to treats and late gifts. If I've requested it on an AO3 exchange, I still want it, even years later. Recursive works: For Trick or Treat, while I'm usually open to recursive works, I'd prefer not to get DoS for my Naruto request. Note regarding tricks: I'm requesting all tricks this Trick or Treat, but I want you to know that I'm interpreting it very broadly. I'd be happy with hurt/comfort that's heavy on the comfort, something that has a supernatural element, something a little bit spooky or spoopy, or anything at that end of the spectrum. I'd also be happy with outright dark fic, horror, or otherwise on the opposite end of the spectrum. So long as you respect my DNWs, I'm good with whatever sort of trick you want, from ding-dong-ditch to setting the (haunted) house on fire.
Format Likes: I like all ratings for works, from General Audiences to Explicit. For fic, I'm open to any length, from drabbles and drabble series to just over the min to sprawling epics. I like both traditional fic and non-traditional and experimental formats, including interactive fiction, CYOA, epistolary, and multimedia. I prefer past or present tense. I generally prefer third person (especially consistent third person limited where POV shift only happens in scene breaks or doesn't happen at all) or a match to canon (which in some cases is going to be first or second). (I'm open to everything! These are just preferences.)
Art Likes: I like rough sketches and clean line art both, bright and dark colors to set mood, comics, scenery, single and group character poses, the cute and the creepy. All stages, all skill levels, all types, I always like seeing what someone else comes up with. Go as E- or G-rated as you'd like. I especially like character expressions and things that set mood (color, body language, composition, etc). I'm including some pose ideas, but please don't feel like you need to include any of them.
For some gen trick poses or compositions I'd enjoy: running from things, hiding, flinching away, having the body language of something to be flinched away from, bleeding or covered in someone else's blood, reaching out (entreating or threatening), oblivious to the thing stalking them, smiling threateningly.
For shipping purposes, some non-explicit poses I especially like for ships are characters kissing (on the mouth, the temple, the top of the head, hands, the cheek, etc), holding hands, hugging, carrying each other (princess carry, fireman, piggyback, shoulder rides), and pressing their foreheads together. Things I like about this canon and general canon promotion:
Dwarf Fortress is a (free!) simulation game with a steep learning curve, but a huge pay-off in highly entertaining emergent story-telling and weird dwarven decisions. This can include anything from new mothers in the military taking their babies into battle to use as shields to tantrum-throwing dwarves (upset that their babies are now full of arrows) destroying the whole fortress and killing everyone in it by hitting the lever to your "magma solves everything" doomsday device.

I will never not love this game. When I first started playing it, it was a very different game than it is now, but it has only gotten better. I have embraced the mantra that losing is fun, discovered all the hidden fun stuff, and even managed attempts at mega projects and tried my hand at silly dwarf tricks. (Few survived the first several attempts at a magma-fall through the main dining room, but those few left were delighted at how neat it looked! ... For however long they lived after the ensuing grief stricken tantrum spiral. Apparently a magma fountain can only do so much.)

For the purposes of my unrequested non-con/dub-con DNW, in this fandom, I'm opting in to necrophilia (especially Bingmei/Shen Yuan!SQQ), sex pollen, arranged marriage/other social pressures mtdi, mating cycles/in heat (a/b/o, demon biology, whatever), characters offering up sex/a relationship because they think it will increase their odds of survival (or other people's) (and for this one, I don't need there to be feelings, though I'd prefer there at least be attraction) (I'm specifically thinking of bingjiu, but also open to misunderstandings on the part of the transmigrators for moshang and bingqiu), and Stockholm Syndrome leading to bingjiu (though not any other ship, please!).
