Vid Recs
More vid recs! Still Tony Stark/MCU, because I have a whole text file of them. I'm thinking I will keep doing just a few at a time.
Content warnings: some fast cuts in the first two and bright flashes in the first one.
Pop Culture - Icon for Hire by scnerd: Tony Stark vid This is a fast-paced vid with great timing, heavy on the action/Iron Man, but with some great Tony feels, too.
Applause by gabygal7. Tony Stark the person vs. Tony Stark the pop culture icon. So many great choices and cuts in this vid. A favorite.
Breakable by reggievass. A slower, heartfelt Tony Stark character study, with Pepper/Tony feels. Really well done.

Bonus:
Tessellate by gabygal7 and SmokeyFizz. Everything about this, from audio to music to video clips to editing, is absolutely masterful. It is both a vid and a video essay, meta that tears out my heart and makes me clasp my hands to my mouth in awe. Most of the time, when I come across canon audio in vids, I find it distracting, that it detracts from the experience (though there are many exceptions). In this vid, every one is essential, not just enhancing the experience or building on it, but that they build the bones it rests upon. This is such a great look at Obi-Wan and Anakin's relationship throughout the films and a must-watch for the fandom.
